It had an excellent location just next door to great pubs, and the center of Edinburgh. Our room itself was very well decorated and extremely pleasant in terms of decoration.

The hotel provided good prices. It was clean, and the people were efficient and accommodating. The location was very central, not far from tram as well as Scotland. I had reasonably large, huge rooms with an iron and ironing board, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV. I loved the extremely comfy beds.

Its location was incredible, close enough to the centre and lots of shops and restaurants near by, Edinburgh and the railway station. Plus, main attraction such as a historic fortress was 2 km from this hotel. Loved the standard triple room I had with bedroom and smoke alarm hanging from ceiling.

I stayed here 1 night and liked it. I got complimentary standard triple room in terms of decoration as an upgrade, nice gesture. Thanks to the helpful and respectful staff everything was really good. The location was magnificent and lovely for exploring this secure area, short walk to Haymarket railway station, restaurants near by and castle and pubs. West End district was worth staying in.
